Pat and his team were very responsive to my initial inquiry regarding fixing a damaged mailbox. Upon clarification of the issue, they were able to get out and fix the problem within a few days. I was very satisfied with the end result and they were a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be sure to use them again when the next snow plow takes out our mailbox!
When a city plow knocked over our granite mailbox post in January, I was dismayed and had no idea who would repair or replace it. I found Pat's Posts online and emailed for a quote. Pat came out quickly to judge the damage and set up a temporary mailbox so that I could get my mail with minimal disruption. Then his office contacted me as soon as the ground was unfrozen enough to allow him to install a new granite post. He was able to reattach the wooden cross supports and both mailboxes (I share a post with my neighbor). Pat and his colleague Kayla were easy to work with and very helpful.

Our mailbox post got destroyed when someone backed into it, just before we were leaving on vacation. Pat responded quickly and replaced our mailbox and post while we were away, and he handled everything by phone and credit card, and texted us a picture of the new post. Great service, great quality!
